Shanghai’s Lujiazui aims to become a world-class financial hub in the next 5 years, according to a plan released today by the Lujiazui Administration Bureau. The 14th Five-Year Plan for the Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone of the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone calls for the financial district to rival the world’s top financial hubs in the level of openness and internationalization.
